Carnet Top Rewards Program
These rules set out the terms applicable to the Carnet Top rewards program.
They specify in particular the conditions for accumulating points, their use, and how members may obtain the rewards offered.
In the event of a conflict between these rules and a particular offer, the specific conditions of that offer prevail only for that offer.
For the purposes of these rules:
Points: virtual units awarded to members under the program.
Reward: a gift, discount, service, experience or benefit offered in exchange for a set number of points.
Member: a person registered in the Carnet Top program.
TopClub Rabais: the section of the platform where rewards offered by partner merchants are published.
Partner merchant: a business officially participating in the Carnet Top program.
The program is free.
To become a member, a person must:
Carnet Top may refuse any non-compliant membership request.
Membership allows the member to:
Membership grants no ownership rights over points or rewards.
Each member may hold only one account, unless written authorization is given by Carnet Top.
The member is responsible for the confidentiality of their password and for all activities carried out from their account.
The member must keep their information up to date.
Points may be awarded, among other things:
Points are credited to the member’s account only after validation by the Carnet Top system.
In the event of a calculation error, Carnet Top may correct the points balance without notice.
Points:
Points serve exclusively to obtain the rewards offered under the program.
The member may view their points balance in their personal area.
If there is a difference between the displayed balance and Carnet Top’s internal records, Carnet Top’s official records prevail, subject to any correction or verification.
The member may contact customer service if they believe an error has occurred.

Each reward clearly indicates:
Discounts are offered by partner merchants.
The merchant remains responsible for:
Carnet Top acts only as administrator of the rewards program.
Gifts may be offered free of charge in exchange for a set number of points.
Unless otherwise indicated, gifts must be collected directly from the partner merchant within the period shown on the offer page.
A gift that is not claimed within the stated period may be cancelled without compensation and made available again to other members, according to the program rules.
Having enough points does not automatically reserve a reward.
A reward is considered awarded only when:
Until that confirmation, no reward is guaranteed.
Rewards offered in limited quantities are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
A reward ceases to be available as soon as the planned quantities are exhausted.
Having enough points confers no priority right to a reward.
